Commission:
Our commission structure is based on 2019 Sailed business and/or is protected at 2022 levels.
Cruise commission is based on the voyage fare including single supplement less all discounts, Government Fees and Taxes, non-commissionable fares and air inclusive amounts or non-use credits. Commission is processed four weeks prior to sailing.
- Land packages, and select pre-bookable shore excursions are commissionable at 5%
- Insurance is commissionable at 10%
- Air is not commissionable.
- Government Fees and Taxes are not commissionable.
- Future Cruise Credit (FCC) values are not commissionable.
Commission is protected at full level if booking is cancelled within 100% cancellation period and final payment is received. No commission will be paid on cancellation revenues retained by Regent Seven Seas Cruises outside of 100% penalty periods whether the Regent Seven Seas Cruises/suppliers/aon Affinity insurance coverage was purchased. Where an administration fee is
the only penalty, commission is 0%.

Point of Sale Commission schedule may vary based on agency affiliation with contracted national account, consortium or marketing partner. Base commission levels are determined and adjusted after the close of the calendar year and based on the sailed commissionable cruise fare for the prior period.
Commission payments for Canadian and US travel partners are made through Paymode-X, the fastest growing electronic settlement network. FAQ document.
